If you suffer from anxiety disorders, such social or separation anxiety or even a generalized anxiety disorder, your physician may prescribe you drugs to alleviate anxiety symptoms. Although medication may relieve anxiety attack symptoms it will not cure the underlying cause and consequently is not suited as a long-term solution.

Common side effects of this anxiety drug are blurred vision, difficulty passing water, palpitations, skin rashes, increased appetite and weight gain, sweating blurred vision, sexual problems and breast enlargement or nipple discharge.
More serious anxiety medication side effects that you should report include, jaundice, pallor, incontinence, fever, stiff muscles and loss of consciousness.
Other drugs and depression medication prescribed for anxiety include Zoloft, Effexor, Fluoxetine, Prozac, Alprazolam and Lexapro and your physician will be able to keep you well informed about benefits and possible anxiety medication side effects.
All drugs are thoroughly researched and tested with various trials before being made available on prescription, but occasionally you read bad press regarding one of these, as in the case of Paxil medication.
Paxil also known as Aropax, Seroxat, Paroxetine, Parotin, Rexetin, ParoMerck and Xetanor is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor antidepressant, which was released in 1992 by GlaxoSmithKline.  By 2006 it was the fifth most prescribed antidepressant in the USA. Concerns over the possible anxiety medication side effects of suicidal ideation, and withdrawal syndrome have resulted in legal proceeding against the manufacturer.

There are three types of anxiety attack symptoms and stress responses:
 Body symptoms and changes
 Psychological changes
 Behavioral changes
The stress response is triggered by either a real or imaginary threat, for example if you have a phobia over cats, then you may be distressed when you see a real cat or even when one is on your television screen, and the response will be the same in either situation.
In the case of social anxiety disorders an individual afraid of public speaking would feel just as fearful and panicky if actually asked to make a speech at a certain event, as he would he only believed that he would be asked.
Children can suffer separation anxiety, but not all anxiety attacks are related to a specific threat or phobia, and these are usually known as a generalized anxiety disorder.
During an anxiety attack the bodily responses that you are likely to experience include raised blood pressure, muscular tension, breathing faster, sweating, panting, palpitations, and digestive changes. This is the body’s normal response to a challenge (fight or flight response) and is ideal if you about to compete in a sports event, because without these physical changes, you would be sluggish instead of ready for action, but for a domestic problem it is not appropriate.
Likewise the psychological changes of anxiety affect the way you think, feel and cope when under stress, and include irritability, being short-tempered and can at times even include a sense of well being. These responses are ideal if your child is standing near the edge of a cliff and you need to be able to take action to avoid an accident, but not appropriate for the office.
The behavioral changes are usually forms of caution or escape, and vital reactions if you find yourself in a dangerous situation. They can give you the burst of energy and strength you need to avert potential disaster.
The problem when these responses and are activated, and anxiety symptoms are experienced, is that our rational mind has been bypassed and we tend to see everything as a threat to our survival. This state of alert moves us into attack mode, thinking is distorted, fear exaggerated and we can be melodramatic over the slightest comment.
When our fight or flight response is over activated there is a build up of stress hormones, which can lead to headaches, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, chronic fatigue, lupus, allergies and rheumatoid arthritis.
Panic disorders and anxiety treatment may be alleviated with drugs in the short term, but you should always be aware that you might experience anxiety medication side effects, so you need to discuss this with your physician beforehand.
The most effective method for treating anxiety is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which involves working on the here and now, and presupposes that distasteful emotions are closely related to certain beliefs or thoughts about the self.
Many people often find relief from anxiety attack symptoms and stress by undergoing other forms of psychotherapy, or hypnotherapy, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.

Their service is a payphone on wheels, the wheels of a wheelchair. Some people in Kenya apparently do not treat people with disabilities very well and people in wheelchairs often struggle to make a living but these two entrepreneurs are making their own way.

Camping holds this family together. We do many of things as a family and it is usually means going out separate ways. We all come home to sleep, eat and shower and then we leave again. Through out childhood years for the kids we have maintained that it was important that we find some way despite our hurried lifestyle to reconnect somehow with quality time. Then about 5 years ago while the kids were still in middle school we fell into camping. It was an unexpected result of a choice that was forced on us because I would not in a million years choose camping otherwise of my own accord. Are you kidding? Going without basic necessities at that time in my life was unthinkable but we were made to go by the force of a family reunion. Now the necessities seem to be pared down to as little as a  Stinger Flashlight at times but at that time our mother decided that because the cost of getting together was so high for all her kids and her grand kids that we should try to make this years family reunion a memorable one by making it a camping adventure. Camping adventure was actually the term she used. And boy was it an adventure to put it mildly, I am now sure the world is ready for anymore adventures like this one again anytime soon. Try getting together with 27  people that are used to getting their own way and calling all the shots. This included 7 different family units and mates and kids all in one camp ground. Every decision we made was by committee and man was there a lot of campaigning going on. After that year our family reunion and as a resulting of all the alliance building, posturing and subsequently all the politicking that went on for the duration of the days we were together, we grew into a much extended family as a result of finding out that we really did have each others back and even thought we had vastly different points of view we learned to respect those views and that we really did love each other and found ways to make it all work. So there you have the story of why camping became one families adventure relationship building at home albeit masked as a family vacation or get away. Inexpensive fun with a motive for relationship building.

Clothes can at times make a man at least as far a the world is concerned but clothes are not even as deep as skin deep as the saying goes for although they can offer a leg up on your competition in first impressions and they can offer some insight into the care with which a person takes care of their affairs they can also be gamed. How many times have we seen situations in life and in the movies where a person got new clothes or a new suit or a new dress and then got all cleaned up but in reality that person was not changed. They reverted to their true or at least habitual nature after a while of this roll playing. That in essence is what we are talking about. For instance, my son in law came to visit last December for my grand daughters first birthday on the 4th and he shaved and got his hair cut and put on a shiny pair of new tennis shoes with new socks, new levis jeans and a brand new collar shirt with strips coincidentally the same brand I wear but under all that cleanness was the same bum that pulls the wool over my daughter’s eyes all the time since they got together. The clothes do not make a bit of difference. My daughter wears Sigrid Olson jeans almost exclusively and when she buys Sigrid Olson clothes she gets value and style that she carries off very well. It is not a show and it is way more than skin deep so if you are going to game the system you are going to have to do more than get a new pair of clothes and a haircut. The times have changed my friend and so much your game.
